Performer Age & Consent: For any content you upload featuring performers, you must have:  
Obtained explicit consent from every individual appearing.  
Verified that each individual was at least 18 years old when the content was made.
You must keep records of this verification.  

Prohibited Content: You absolutely MAY NOT upload content that:  
Depicts or involves individuals under 18 years of age.  
Is non-consensual (e.g., revenge porn, sexual assault).  
Is illegal under Myanmar law (e.g., child sexual abuse material, extreme violence, hate speech, content harmful to public order or morality).  
Infringes on copyright or other intellectual property.  
Is fraudulent or misleading.  

Our Rights: We can remove any content or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if your content is deemed illegal or harmful, without notice.  

License to Use Service: We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use, following these Terms.  

Third-Party Links: The Service may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for them.  

Privacy: We collect and use your information as described in our Privacy Policy.  

Reporting Violations: Please report any content you believe violates these Terms or Myanmar law to us at admin@gonesin.com  

Termination: You can stop using the Service and delete your account anytime. We can terminate or suspend your access for any reason, especially if you violate these Terms.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Myanmar law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.  

Indemnification: You agree to protect and compensate us against any claims arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.  

Governing Law & Disputes: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Myanmar.
